I've enjoyed being a Realtor for ten years now. In 1994 I was recruited to lead a startup manufacturing company as a Sales & Customer Service Manager. My clients consisted of Government and Military agencies where I managed contracts, negotiations and secured transactions successfully.
I specialize in Residential Home Sales whether it be traditional resale, New Home Sales, REO Foreclosures, Short Sales and Auctions. Areas of coverage consist of the following counties, Contra Costa, Alameda and San Joaquin.
My primary focus is for my clients. I want to make sure they achieve their real estate goals by utilizing my skills in listening and truly understanding their needs/requirements, educating clients by keeping up with the current real estate market conditions and ensuring a smooth transaction as much as possible.
My continuing education and ongoing knowledge derive from seminars, webinars and internet classes. Computer skills include MS Office, ACT, and various Internet sites.
When I'm not working, I enjoy staying active by giving back to my community thru volunteering and making regular donations to the many charities in need.
Being a licensed California Realtor/Consultant is my passion as well as spending quality time with my family (grandchildren) and friends, reading, walking and gardening.
